High quality care training

We have developed our own training programme and our facilities ensure that we continue to build upon the outstanding success that we have demonstrated to our clients over the many years that we have been in business.
Each carer undergoes an induction programme learning how to deliver a high level of care in the Sunshine Home Care Ltd Way. We are committed to delivering a high quality service every time.
Many of our existing Support Workers have a vast experience of working in care. Their on-going training and career development is paramount to what we do. All of our carers are placed on an on-going training plan; constantly developing their skills to continually improve our service. Training for Dementia and End of Life are just a few examples of the courses our staff undergo.
Our management and training team will support your carer through their learning, including the completion of the QCF level 2 diploma in Health and Social care. Each member of Sunshine Home Care Ltd staff receives an annual performance review and supervisions every two months. Should your care needs change over time your carer will be fully trained and totally confident in meeting all of your needs.
